Coated with fondant Cakes are coated with snow-white fondant and decorated with various reliefs and ornaments. Fondant is snow-white confectioners’ modelling material made mostly from sugar, which is used for decoration and coating of cakes. The structure of cake layers is slightly different in these cakes compared to the ones from our standard offer, because we need to make sure they can be coated well (e.g. there is no gelatine in them). The overall impression may be somewhat different from what you normally see in our shop. The cakes coated with fondant are more intricate to make, so they need to be ordered at least 3 days before you need to collect them.
