Loyalty program - OLLIES club

Due to technical problems accompanying the synchronization of Ollies Club customer accounts, we unfortunately have to postpone issuing our loyalty cards. Customers who have already registered or will register before the system is successfully launched will be rewarded for their patience by obtaining bonus points. Information on card issuance will be sent to the e-mail addresses provided by our customers.

„Ollies Club“ is an Ollies shops' loyalty programme, which gives you money back on repeated purchases. You get 5% of the value of your purchase back onto your „Ollies Club“ loyalty card. The acquired funds can be used when paying for your next purchase in our shops.

1. HOW TO BECOME AN “OLLIES CLUB“ MEMBER?

To participate in the loyalty scheme and become an “OLLIES Club card holder a customer must hand in or send in a correctly filled in registration form and pay a refundable deposit of 50 CZK for an electromagnetic card. The membership is voluntary and its terms non negotiable. The club card can be collected at the Ollies branch you opted for on your registration form 48 hours after the registration.

2. HOW DOES THE „OLLIES CLUB“ LOYALTY CARD WORK?

The validity of the card is unlimited and not transferable – it can only be used by the person in whose name it was issued. If the card is presented before paying (either cash or by card), the loyalty card will be credited with 5% of the value of the purchase. The loyalty card can be used for paying in Ollies shops. In that event, the exact value of the purchase is going to be deducted, but 5% refund will not be credited to the card.

It is impossible to combine payment by the loyalty card with other types of payment. Please inform the staff about your request to be credited the 5% of your purchase to your loyalty card before the actual payment, as it cannot be credited after the payment has been made, nor at a later date on the basis of receipts. Upon a visit in our shops, the staff will, on request, inform the holder of the amount currently held on their card. The amounts on an “Ollies Club“ card cannot be cashed and are to be used solely to pay for purchases in Ollies shops. If faulty, items paid for by a loyalty card can only be exchanged for other items, the price cannot be put back onto the card or paid back to the customer in cash. If a card is not used for over one year, it is deactivated, the club membership is cancelled, and benefits forfeited.

3. OTHER PROVISIONS

The operator of the loyalty programme is Ollies dorty s.r.o., Výstavní 2968/108, Ostrava-Vítkovice, identification number: 28596030. By submitting the registration form the customer is agreeing to personal data being used for internal purposes of the company. The company pledges to follow Bill no. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data. The loyalty programme operator stipulates the right not to credit the 5% of purchases for items on special offers and discounted goods. Should the loyalty card be lost or stolen, its holder is bound to inform the operator either by post or e-mail without hesitation. In the event of the card being lost and consequently abused by a third person, the operator of the scheme is not liable for the loss of the credit accumulated on the card. When the loss of a card is reported, the applicant can be issued a new one under usual conditions.

The loyalty club membership is ended if:

  • the member requests its termination
  • there is no purchase carried out for over a year
  • the information stated in the registration form is found to be untrue
  • the mechanism of the loyalty scheme is abused
  • the operator decides to terminate the scheme
